Luther-Jones has been instrumental in developing DLA Piper's leading practice advising on corporate end-user Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Luther-Jones has also advised Unilever on their precedent 'direct line' PPA to be used on a global basis as part of their Sustainable Living Plan and is working with other global renewable energy companies on their precedent PPAs and is currently negotiating a corporate PPA for a non-subsidy on-shore wind farm in the UK.
